Email - Pre Go Live Email

Email is a great way to let customers know you are now on Ordermentum. Use our recommended timeline and email templates to keep your customers informed each step of the journey. 

It's also important to add an email signature so all customer-facing roles that always serve as a reminder to your customers. We've included an email banner for you to download below. 

When To Send Emails

Your customers are busy, so make sure you have more than one email going out so they know exactly what to do. 

Below is the timeline for sending out email communications, and we've pre-prepared email templates for each piece of comms that you can copy and paste. Your first one (the pre-go live template) is on this page, and you can access the rest on the menu.

2 Weeks Before Pre Go Live: Copy & Paste!

Let your customers know you are moving to Ordermentum by sending them an email. Here's a template you can copy and paste.

SUBJECT HEADING: Yay! We are moving to Ordermentum for our ordering process

BODY COPY:

Dear <first name>

We are super excited to let you know that we are moving to Ordermentum for all our future ordering needs. This transition will take effect in 2 weeks time, starting from [insert date].

Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Text message reminders 
• Standing orders 
• Access for your whole team 
• Automated payments

If you are new to Ordermentum, we have set up a customer profile for you, keep an eye out for an email from Ordermentum to finalise setting up your login details.

If you already have an Ordermentum account, you will receive an email from Ordermentum to connect with us.
