When To Send Emails

Your customers are busy, so make sure you have more than one email going out so they know exactly what to do. 

Below is the timeline for sending out email communications, and we've pre-prepared email templates for each piece of comms that you can copy and paste.

Ordermentum offers a user-friendly interface and various features designed to streamline the ordering process, making it easier and more efficient for both of us. 

To place your orders, simply log into the Ordermentum platform via the app or desktop. If you have any questions or need assistance with navigating the platform please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Alternatively, Ordermentum has multiple articles for venues on how to best navigate the platform as well as a support team you can get in contact with.
