When To Send Emails

Your customers are busy, so make sure you have more than one email going out so they know exactly what to do. 

Below is the timeline for sending out email communications, and we've pre-prepared email templates for each piece of comms that you can copy and paste.

• Click the cog icon in the right-hand corner of the app
  
• Click Payment Methods under ‘VENUE SETTINGS’ and follow the prompts
