Liam Spurrell began Spurrell Foraging about seven years ago. and has grown to hundreds of different products, wild foraged and sustainably grown. They supply more than 500 venues across Melbourne, Sydney and internationally.
We speak to Megan Jacob, the Sales/Farm Manager who joined Spurrell Foraging as a picker soon after Liam established the business. After working casually on and off for several years, she joined the team full time in 2021 helping grow produce and bring in new customers.
