Why did you first start using Ordermentum? 

Having previously worked in the hospitality industry we know that Ordermentum was widely used amongst cafes. It wasn’t the first platform we used but it was the best!

How does using Ordermentum decrease admin?

The ordering process and payment collection has been super smooth. Collecting payment practically happens at the same time as placing orders which makes accounting easier for the customer and us.

What are the challenges you’ve had with acquiring leads?

Getting leads for a new brand is really, really difficult. It’s time consuming because people don’t know you and therefore they don’t trust the brand.

The Sign Up Links work like a charm. Customers just scan or click the link and we connect. No complications, and it’s something we really need when we’re getting so many leads and wanting to convert them as quickly as possible. 

What's your favourite Ordermentum feature?

I like the Chat feature, where we can message our customers without going to another website.

We find that it saves a lot of time and makes the conversations between customers less formal.

What has your experience been with the Proof of Delivery feature? 

As we know from ordering to the delivery of the products there are many people involved and miscommunications sometimes happen.

The Proof of Delivery feature clears up any "my order hasn't been delivered" messages/calls from business owners.

Were there any features you didn’t expect? 

I love that within the Digital Catalogue, we can set different prices for different customers. 

We have had some slight price increases due to increased costs, but for our old loyal customers we have kept the price the same. Being able to do this contributes to the longevity of our customer relationships. 

How does Ordermentum compare to other platforms or solutions?

We have used other ones before but Ordermentum not only is popular within the industry, it’s also very simple and intuitive to use.
