Hightop Cert Organic
A cottony-light white tin loaf, enhanced in flavour and nutrition by the addition of stoneground wholegrain flour. Shaped from two pieces of naturally leavened dough baked alongside each other in a tin. The halves can be pulled apart to expose the moist, lacelike crumb. The Hightop is toaster friendly and ideal for sandwiches due to its velvety interior and light tasty crisp crust.
