We trace every ingredient we use back to the Organic and Bio-dynamic soils of our ethical farmers. Flavour and nutrition begins in our soils - regenerative Organic & Bio-dynamic systems enhance the nutrition and flavour of plants, but also increase the soils capacity to seize carbon from the atmosphere. Based on the Surfcoast in Torquay, we support retail customers as well as chefs with a range of sourdoughs, seasonal products, mueslis and granolas. Baking today from our base in Torquay Victoria, our leaven originates from the founders John & Jan who created it back in 1981 at Wholefoods Café in Geelong.
