A light, fresh style of cider made from a carefully selected blend of apples with a soft apple aroma it presents a clean, crisp palate that develops in the mouth to yield a complex melange of flavours and aromas, finishing with a cleansing freshness. Ideally refreshing for drinking with light foods, desserts or on its own. Australian dessert apples are some of the best in the world and here at our orchard in West Gippsland, Victoria we have been turning them into amazing apple juice for over 20 years. Now, after much experimentation, we have our first apple cider. Our team started with the best by sourcing fruit from local orchards, including our own, and then combining it with our many years of experience to fashion 'Trattore New World Cider'. It is a bright, clear and fresh tasting cider that celebrates all that Australia's best fruit can offer. Bellevue Orchard, a third generation family run farm, is excited to see Trattore come to life, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. This beautiful semi-sweet style cider won Bronze at the National Cider Awards. 4.5% ALC/VOL.

Trattore West Country Cider. Carton contains 24 x 330ml glass bottles. A traditional English-style cider with earthy, musty apple aroma, a rich amber colour and a tart apple flavour that displays a natural firm tannic structure, intense cider-apple flavour and a mouth-filling texture. Somewhat like a red wine, this cider pairs well with cheeses and charcuterie and is suitable for slowly sipping on its own. Our winemaker, Norman Lever, has fashioned this cider using a blend of heritage apple varieties grown on our orchard in West Gippsland, Victoria. These varieties were traditionally used in England’s West Country and this cider has been made in that famous style. Norman calls to the history and roots of these varieties while maintaining the sophistication and excitement of a modern Australian cider. This cider has been prepared with care here at the farm where we grow, crush, ferment and bottle all of our beverages. In this cider, we hope you will taste the sunshine, rain, wind and years of hard work that makes Bellevue Orchard so unique. 5.8% ALC/VOL.

Trattore Earthen Pear Cider. Carton contains 24 x 330ml glass bottles. Using a secret blend of delicious dessert pears, this carefully-crafted Earthen Pear cider displays the fragrance of pear and mixed fruits as well as hints of floral notes. The subtle sweetness of fresh pear juice dances on the palate amid the classically crisp, clean qualities of Earthen Pear. Our winemaker, Normal Lever, has created this cider using traditional cider-making methods. It has been prepared with care here at our West Gippsland farm where we grow, crush, ferment and bottle all of our beverages.
