Since 1992 we have been manufacturing a large range of European and Australian Ham andSmallgoods products for our many clients.Our brands now include, The Burgomaster, The Blackforest Smokehouse and Byers. We service a wide variety of food operations including major restaurants, caterers, food wholesalers& delicatessens.Our modern smokehouses are computer controlled to allow a even consistent smoke to our articles. We import our own wood-chips directly from the source at Germany, which have a renewable forestpolicy. Only the best Beech-wood chips are selected for our products.
