[Dark Roast] This is a salute to the true Italian style coffee with its rich deep roast profile. The roasting approach of our House Dark Blend is different to that of the Seasonal. If we used the same approach, by raising the heat in the first half of the roasting process and lower it in the second half, it wouldn't be enough or sufficient to be an optimal roasting process. This being said, roasting high towards the end of the life cycle of the bean would simply burn the coffee. In this instance, this blend has been ideally crafted throughout the heating phase by controlling its endothermic range. There have been various tweaks of duration time and temperature that have resulted in this perfect medium-bodied dark roast. You’ll experience a medium body with smooth butterscotch sweetness, hints of stone fruit and a caramel finish.
