It’s designed to be a crowd pleasing blend by offering the best seasonal coffees that give clean flavours with great acidity. You should be able to drink this black, with minimal to no bitterness with a long finish. Our drummerboy consists of a Washed Mexican – Oaxaca, a Beautiful washed Colombia – Tolima estate to give a overall creamy full bodied mouthfeel with the sweet and floral complexities of the natural Ethiopian coffee shining through to give the drink a nice rich and sweet finish. Designed to be an absolute crowd pleaser amongst many different style/prepared coffees. We are super proud to be showcasing some of our finest seasonal selections with our drummerboy blend.

RRP - $50 NOTES: RICH DARK RUM AND RAISIN CHOCOLATE, NUTMEG SPICE, SWEET CHERRIES, MOLASSES AND TOFFEE CARAMEL We have designed the Chief Rocker as a diverse blend to be used not just to shine through milk based coffee’s but to hold its own as a beautiful rich espresso and black coffee. The Mexican washed coffee give this blend a lovely velvety rich creamy chocolate and caramel full bodied mouthfeel, while the Ethiopian natural coffee brings in a delectable sweet cherry sweetness and floral aroma with a great acidity that is a absolute delight in milk and espresso

(250G FILTER) - KENYA - THIRIKU - NYERI - WASHED PROCESS
NOTES: SWEET HONEY, BLACKCURRANT, PASSIONFRUIT NOTES THROUGHOUT. ORANGE ACIDITY TOFFEE FINISH. Nestled between Mt. Kenya to the northeast and the Aberdare ridges to the west lies the Thiriku Coffee Factory in Nyeri, Kenya. The factory (mill) belongs to the Thiriku Coffee Growers Cooperative Society, and is managed by nine democratically elected board members who ensure that member farmers receive needed advances for school fees, farm improvements, and emergencies. The Thiriku Coffee Growers Cooperative is Rainforest Alliance Certified and each smallholder has about 200 trees on their farm.

(250G FILTER) - RWANDA - MUYOVU - NYAMASHEKE - NATURAL PROCESS
NOTES: PLUMS, DATES, DARK CHOCOLATE, MOLASSES AND RED WINE NOTES. FULL BODY AND WINEY ACIDITY WITH A SOFT BERRY FINISH. Mutovu was established in 2012 in the Nyamasheke area of Western Rwanda. It is ideally located, benefitting from rich soils and easy access to many small farms in the area, ranging in altitudes between 1800 and 1950 meters. Mutovu is a small cooperative of 9 farmers, each with between 1,500 - 5,000 coffee trees. Each farmer supplies their own cherries to the station, in addition to collecting cherries from their neighbours' farms. Its location and ownership structure has made it a great success and despite 2012 being its first season of full production, it was able to produce 20 tons of parchment.
