Our products are baked on site daily to ensure premium quality and freshness is maintained. In addition to our artisan breads, we offer a large variety of sourdough loaves, handcrafted pastries and brioche buns. These items are available to you fresh daily from our premises. Our delivery times are between 1am - 6:30am. Please be sure to add your delivery instructions and pictures to your address book in Ordermentum. We can't deliver your order without specific instructions on entry.

After much progress Eduardo Rato decided to purchase Jurgens Swiss Bakery in 2003 and currently operates it as a family owned business. Mr Rato has 40 years of extensive business experience, having previously owned Bernard’s Bakery and also Tiago Poultry.
