Ordermentum Rewards is a program focused on giving back to our community of 40,000 cafes, restaurants, bars, and more.
It allows venues to earn Ordermentum Rewards Points for everyday actions such as adding your team or connecting and trading with a new supplier.
Thanks to our partnership with Qantas Business Rewards, you can also choose to convert your Ordermentum Rewards Points to Qantas Points. 1 Ordermentum Reward Point converts to 1 Qantas Point.
You can use your Qantas Points for business travel (flights+, upgrades++, additional baggage and seat selection) directly via your Qantas Business Rewards Account, or transfer them to any Qantas Frequent Flyer account to use on your choice of rewards.
How can I join Ordermentum Rewards?
Follow these simple steps to enrol in Ordermentum Rewards and start earning Ordermentum Rewards Points:
- Download the app
- Tap the trophy icon in your navigation bar
- Tap on ‘Get started’
- Confirm your venue details (this is important to ensure that you’re earning points against the right ABN) and select a point of contact.
Once you've successfully enrolled, you will be eligible to start earning Ordermentum Rewards Points immediately. You can now check your points balance by navigating to the Rewards Tab.
How do I earn Ordermentum Reward Points?
First, join Ordermentum Rewards. Then:
- Spend with a new supplier
Earn 1 point per dollar spent with a new supplier you discover and connect through Ordermentum, up to 5000 points. This applies to any new supplier you find through Ordermentum and haven’t traded with in the past. Only suppliers that you connect with after enrolling for Ordermentum Rewards are eligible to earn points. - Add a new user
Earn 100 points for adding another team member to your Ordermentum venue. Note that this is capped at 10 new users. To learn how to add new users, click here.

Earn 100 points for setting your default payment method with a supplier to either card or direct debit for the first time.

Earn 300 points for integrating Ordermentum with your accounting platform of choice. Choose between Xero, MYOB Business, or QuickBooks Online.

How do I convert my points to Qantas Points?
To convert your points to Qantas Points, simply connect your Qantas Business Rewards Account, then transfer your Ordermentum Reward Points to your Qantas Business Rewards Account. To do so:
- Tap the trophy icon in your navigation bar
- If on mobile or tablet, toggle to the ‘Redeem’ tab
- Tap ‘Choose Qantas Points’
- Follow the prompts to either:
- Connect your existing Qantas Business Rewards Account
- Create a new Qantas Business Rewards Account
- Connect your existing Qantas Business Rewards Account
- Transfer your Ordermentum Rewards Points to your Qantas Business Rewards Account.
- You have successfully converted your Ordermentum Rewards Points to Qantas Points. Your Qantas Points will appear in your Qantas Business Rewards Account within 24-48 hours.
- To view your Qantas Business Rewards Account and check your points balance, tap “View Qantas Business Rewards Account”.
What if I don’t have a Qantas Business Rewards Account?
If your business is not an existing Qantas Business Rewards member, you will need to join Qantas Business Rewards using the same ABN associated with your Ordermentum Rewards Account to start converting your Ordermentum Rewards Points to Qantas Points. Join free now (saving you $89.50)
How do I connect my Qantas Business Rewards Account?

How do I know how many points I have?
To check your points balance, simply navigate to the Rewards section of your Ordermentum app. Once enrolled in Ordermentum Rewards, your points balance will appear at the top of this screen.
Can I enroll in multiple venues?
Yes. Each venue you own can have its own Ordermentum Rewards account. Please note that each account is distinct, and your points totals across different accounts cannot be combined.
Can I earn Ordermentum Rewards Points for previous orders/actions?
No. Ordermentum Rewards Points will only start accumulating after you enrol for Ordermentum Rewards.
Do I need a Qantas Business Rewards Account to convert my Ordermentum Rewards Points to Qantas Points?
Yes.
- If your business is an existing Qantas Business Rewards member, you can use the same ABN associated with your Qantas Business Rewards Account for your Ordermentum Rewards account to start converting to Qantas Points.
- If your business is not an existing Qantas Business Rewards member, you will need to join Qantas Business Rewards using the same ABN associated with your Ordermentum Rewards account to start converting your Ordermentum Rewards Points to Qantas Points. Join free now (saving you $89.50)

Classic Upgrade Rewards are available on Classic Flight Rewards in Economy and Premium Economy and eligible paid and confirmed Qantas domestic and international flights, with a Qantas (QF) flight number on your ticket and from time to time on codeshare flights operated by another carrier that have a QF flight number on your ticket.
