What types of orders can OMni Orders process?

OMni Orders processes PDF purchase orders, CSV files, text (SMS) orders and orders written in the body of an email. Forward them to your OMni Orders email or number and they’ll land in Ordermentum ready to review, or go straight through if you’ve switched on auto-processing for that customer.
How accurate is it?

OMni Order is trained to extract order details with high precision. However, you always have the final review to ensure accuracy before processing.
Do I lose control of my orders?

Not at all. You decide how much OMni Orders does on its own. By default, every order arrives as a draft you can preview, edit and approve. For customers whose orders you trust, you can switch on auto-processing so their orders go straight through, always at the customer’s Ordermentum pricing. You can change this per customer at any time.
